USAGE RIGHTS• You are not permitted to edit, modify, or redistribute my art as your own. AI modification is especially not allowed.• Feel free to post the artwork anywhere with proper credit.• Commercial fee should be paid beforehand if the client will be using the art for sales, advertisement, stream assets, etc. It will cost 75-100% of the base price.• Unless talked about, I retain all intellectual rights to the artwork. Non-disclosure fee may also be applied at an additional 50% of the base price.COMMISSION RULES• Please provide a reference to the character you want me to draw. Detailed info is appreciated.• The prices listed in the commission sheet are base prices. Backgrounds, such as buildings, vehicles, multitude of items, pets/animals, complex weapons, and detailed props, are priced separately. Additional characters are priced 75% of the base price.WILL DRAW: Original characters, fanart, backgrounds, manga, spicy... (I have another portfolio if you are interested)WON'T DRAW: Ask first.WORK QUEUE DETAILS• The artwork may take a few days to a few weeks from the date of starting. I will update you regularly. Short projects will take 2-3 days on average. Longer projects will depend on the workload.• If the schedule is full with longer projects, shorter projects can be sneaked in if the longer project will be delayed for any reason (such as waiting for funds, slow feedback, etc.)PAYMENT AND REFUNDS• Payment is through Paypal only (USD).• Payment in full, half, or whichever way is convenient, must be made before working on the piece. However, a deposit of minimum 60% is always required if the payment is not upfront.• No unreasonable refunds or chargebacks. For revisions, please check the next section. For refunds, read along.• A refund is not possible if I have already worked and finished on the project. You are not only paying for the final piece, but also the time spent on the commission.• I will not refund the deposit amount (for half-half, milestone payments) if I have already started on the artwork.• I will refund the full amount only if I have not started on the artwork and I cannot anymore do your commission for any reason.• If you are on a lower budget, do not be afraid to contact me. I am very flexible in my pricing.REVISION POLICIES• It is the responsibility of the client to give feedback and ask for revisions. If there is no feedback for a work-in-progress after 2-3 days, I will proceed with the artwork without revisions (any revisions to previous related details beyond that point will incur costs).• Feel free to request small revisions.• However, major changes or revisions to the artwork will not be entertained, such as a full change in pose and background. This is because I update my clients regularly along the process and I give them details of what and why I drew something the way it is, and revisions to these details should be done during earlier stages of the artwork such as sketching and lineart phase.• A small incurred fee may be added if you want to do a major change.• I am not responsible for delays to the final product caused by delays from each feedback period.
